An Economy Destabilized by Covid-19
In what seems like an age ago, we projected in our first quarter 2020 edition of Directions that interest rates and inflation could return to their normal range, barring some catastrophe. Talk about tempting fate. That normalization has been put off a year, maybe two, but predictions at this point in time are difficult. Such is the nature of the current pandemic that has touched all four corners of the globe, and beyond.
